Bicycle Caravan on the road with full protection!
Aren't they lovely? Bike caravans are great. But how do you optimally protect your bicycle caravan against wind and weather during bicycle trips? And preferably in a sustainable manner? The answer: our TOPLIN linseed oil paint!
After trying various products that never delivered the desired result, the owner of the Bicycle Caravan, Rudi Zwier, found the linseed oil paint made by RIGO Verffabriek. Linseed oil paint offers excellent protection and, because it is made using a natural material (linseed oil), it is sustainable as well. In collaboration with our technical consultants, the decision was made to apply an opaque system to the roof (2x TOPLIN Primer and 1x TOPLIN Lacquer High Gloss). That's because the Dutch weather is hardest on the roof. On top of that, it doesn't get hot in the sun as quickly, and it will make you properly visible in traffic. The transparent parts received multiple coats of Original Yacht Lacquer.
