No, that is not possible. The chemical composition of the products differ too much for that.

The colours of COLR Wood Stain are close to the colours of ROYL Reactive Stain, but they are not the same. This will not cause any problems in practice because ROYL Reactive Stain was only used in combination with ROYL oil, and the final result was determined by the combination. If you still want to achieve an even more accurate match, you can mix the COLR Wood Stain together.
The application of both products is largely the same. You will notice that COLR Wood Stain is thinner. It is therefore better to apply COLR Wood Stain with a short-haired mohair roller for large areas and a sponge for edges and corners.
The ease of use of the stain has remained unchanged. You can walk on freshly applied stain without leaving footprints. Footprints and drip marks do not burn in, and the stain can also be applied to large surfaces without leaving marks.
