From Flax to paint
Since 2014, we have cultivated our own linseed oil on fallow fields in the Randstad area. The linseed oil is “pressed” by the oil mills on the Zaanse Schans, and we use it to make the binding agent of our paints.

There is a good reason why we still find intact, centuries-old coats of linseed oil paint in monumental buildings. For monuments, linseed oil paint, which has proven itself as wood protection for hundreds of years, is simply a must.

TOPLIN Linseed Stand Oil Paint
For the ideal system composition, you should start with a coat of TOPLIN Linseed Oil Primer followed by a coat of TOPLIN (Profilin) Pre-Lacquer, with a finish of 1 coat of Lacquer Satin or High Gloss. Using a Pre-Lacquer is not necessary.
