For intensively used project floors
In some cases, floors need an extra protective coat. These include store or museum floors used by hundreds of visitors a day, for example. ROYL PROJECT MAINTENANCE 2K was designed for these situations: it provides ROYL-finished floors with a robust protective coat.

FOR THE USER
- Only apply oil to a clean surface. Make sure to clean the floor with ROYL Intensive Cleaner first.
- Apply 1 thin coat to a ROYL-finished floor.
- The Project Maintenance 2K is applied in the same way as ROYL OIL 2K: apply a very thin coat, rub it in and rub it dry.
- Very high yield of 1 litre for 150 m2.
FOR THE END USER
- Project Maintenance 2K is only used by professionals and is meant for use on project floors.
- In case of normally used floors, ROYL 1K or 2K will suffice.
- Used in case of intensively used floors, or if the end user wants a subtle extra glossiness in the end result.
Cloths etc. with drying oil may combust due to heat generation: unfold and let dry, or store underwater.

- Can you use the product in proportion, so half a can/bottle with half hardener, and will the hardener still be good after opening?

Yes, this is possible, and very easy to do on a small kitchen scale with a tare function. Use the mixing ratio as indicated in the Technical Data Sheet. Make sure to shake the entire packaging of the A-component well before taking a part out.
Two tips for resealing the hardener: Squeeze as much air as possible from the pouch and wipe the spout clean. This will extent the shelf life and ensure that you can still unscrew the cap the next time. But please note: the hardener has a limited shelf life after opening.
