STEP Parquet Lacquer 2K is a robust, wear resistant and hassle-free parquet lacquer with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Highly suitable for projects. While lacquering floors truly is a craft, we don't want to make it any more difficult than it has to be. That's why we developed the STEP Parquet Lacquers: extreme convenience for user and end user.

FOR THE USER:

  • 2-component Polyurethane Parquet Lacquer.
  • Simply mix in the hardener by shaking A and B.
  • Potlife A+B = 72 hours in closed packaging.
  • SYSTEM: 1 coat of STEP Parquet Primer and 2 coats of STEP Parquet Lacquer 2K #6560 Satin.
  • STEP Parquet Lacquer 2K #6560 Satin can also be applied directly to sanded oak (or other light wood types).
  • Drying time 3-4 hours between the coats of lacquer.
  • Sand with P120 sandpaper before the final coat.

FOR THE END USER:

  • STEP Parquet Lacquer 2K #6560 Satin is extremely wear resistant.
  • Suitable for very intensively used surfaces.
  • STEP Parquet Lacquers are designed to ensure the floor does not end up with a plastic-like appearance.
  • Low maintenance: mopping with STEP Mild Cleaner #9160 will suffice.
  • If necessary, you can add an extra protective coat using STEP Polish #9180 Satin.
  • Suitable for underfloor heating.
